Job summary

Job Squad is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer for the hospitality sector. You will source and match candidates to open roles and guide them from offer through relocation.

You will use social media and creative tools to attract talent and build relationships with hospitality employers, understanding their hiring needs. Collaboration occurs via Slack and TeamTailor in a remote setup.

We offer an international, flexible team with ongoing training and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry knowledge required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, proactive, and driven approach.
• English level B2 or higher.
