Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a real estate associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Orlando, Miami, or Dallas. The role supports hotel and resort owners, developers, investors, lenders, brands, operators, and management companies in sophisticated hospitality and development transactions.

Qualified candidates will have hotel/hospitality transaction experience, ability to draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, licenses, loan documents,

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate
• Experience with hotel and hospitality transactions and development projects
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, licenses, loan agreements and related financing documents
• Experience advising developers on mixed-use projects including CC&Rs, easements and development agreements

Responsabilidades

• Handle real estate and hospitality transactions from structuring through disposition
• Collaborate with partners and clients across multiple offices and matters
• Negotiate, draft, and negotiate complex agreements and financing documents
• Manage multiple transactional workstreams with sound judgment and communication skills
