Foley & Lardner LLP seeks a real estate associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Orlando, Miami, or Dallas. The role focuses on hospitality and development transactions representing hotel owners, developers, lenders, brands, and operators.

Candidates should have experience with hotel management agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, and with condominium or master‑planned communities.

Qualifications

• Substantive experience with hotel and hospitality transactions, including hotel management agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Experience on developer-side projects including condominiums and master-planned communities.
• Ability to draft and negotiate purchase agreements, licenses, loan documents, and related financing agreements.

Responsabilités

• Work across the full lifecycle of hospitality and development projects from structuring and diligence to financing, development, operation, and disposition.
• Provide strong drafting and negotiation support, with clear analytical and communication skills; manage multiple transactional workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a cross-office practice to deliver sophisticated real estate solutions.
