Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a real estate associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in our Orlando, Miami, or Dallas office.
The associate will support a national hospitality and leisure practice representing hotel and resort owners, developers, investors, lenders, brands, operators, and management companies in sophisticated real estate transactions involving hospitality matters and/or development matters involving condominium, branded residential,
Qualificações
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
- 3–5 years of real estate experience with hospitality or development focus.
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase/sale agreements, licenses, and financing documents.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with partners and clients across hospitality and development matters.
- Support transactions from structuring and diligence through financing, development, and disposition.
- Manage multiple transactional workstreams with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
