Job summary
Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a real estate associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Orlando, Miami, or Dallas. The role supports a national hospitality and leisure practice representing hotel and resort owners, developers, investors, lenders, brands, operators, and management companies in sophisticated transactions.
Qualified candidates will have direct experience with hotel management agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, and with
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant real estate experience.
- Experience with hotel and hospitality transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and related financing documents.
- Experience advising developers on mixed-use projects and joint ventures.
- Bar admission in jurisdiction(s) where practice is sought.
Responsibilities
- Work on hospitality and development real estate matters from structuring to disposition.
- Draft and negotiate complex real estate documents and financing agreements.
- Collaborate with partners and clients across offices on deals involving hotels, condo, and master-planned communities.
