Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a real estate associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Orlando, Miami, or Dallas. The role supports a national hospitality and leisure practice representing hotel and resort owners, developers, lenders, brands, operators, and management companies in sophisticated real estate transactions.

Qualified candidates will draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, licenses, and financing documents, and advise developers on

Competenze

• 3–5 years of real estate experience in hospitality/development.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, licenses, and loan documents.
• Experience with hotel management agreements and mixed-use projects.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
