Foley & Lardner LLP seeks a real estate associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Orlando, Miami, or Dallas.

The associate will support a national hospitality and leisure practice representing hotel and resort owners, developers, investors, lenders, brands, operators, and management companies in sophisticated real estate transactions involving hospitality matters and/or development matters involving condominium, branded residential, mixed-use, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of real estate experience required.
• Experience with hotel/hospitality transactions preferred.
• JD from ABA‑accredited law school and active bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners on hospitality and development transactions through all lifecycle stages.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, and related instruments.
• Assist in structuring, diligence, financing, and disposition phases of projects.
