• Direct all aspects of Housekeeping operations including budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Oversee cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Partner with Property Operations on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance facilities.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly regarding proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.
