Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Two years hands-on property maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders for extended periods.
• EPA or CFC certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and assists in maintenance of office: painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs.
• Hands-on maintenance of apartments and interior/exterior areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance and logs findings.
• On-call emergency service as required.
• Maintains grounds, cleans debris, and keeps areas tidy.
• Monitors mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC, etc.).
• Diagnoses and replaces faulty electrical components and wiring.
