Azul Hospitality Group is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Manager with day-to-day financial operations at our Phoenix property. You will handle accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, daily deposits, and assist with timely reporting.

This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Experience in hospitality accounting preferred; high school is required, bachelor's degree preferred.

Competenze

• Must possess solid accounting knowledge and be able to assist with AR/AP and reconciliations.
• Experience in hospitality accounting is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Mansioni

• Coordinate all onsite accounting functions as liaison for corporate requests.
• Prepare billing invoices and statements, and process payments.
• Maintain monthly tax-exempt worksheets and related backups.
• Review vendor statements, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily deposits and assist with revenue reporting and audits.
