Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Manager to support our financial operations at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will guide month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls across AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger while partnering with hotel leadership to drive profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Restaurant/F&B outlet accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial analysis to department leaders and drive cost controls.
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements within accounting operations.
