Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Portfolio Manager to support regional leadership with oversight of financial, operational, safety, and service success for a portfolio of properties. You will manage end-of-month analyses, payroll billback accuracy, and expense attribution while coordinating with the Regional/District Manager.

Compensation ranges from $62,200 to $77,800 annually, with additional eligibility for annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness and high performance.
• Demonstrates the ability to improve the financial performance and profitability of the accounts.
• Experience managing P&Ls and payroll controls.

Responsibilities
