Job summary

Responsibilities include driving service metrics, cultivating client relationships, budgeting, payroll coordination, and ensuring audit compliance within allocated properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years management experience with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, train, and direct portfolio management team activities.
• Drive revenue growth, control expenses, and maintain safety/service thresholds.
