Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Porter to maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and support a smooth, guest-focused operation. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to sanitation standards in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended shifts.
• Team spirit and clear communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Keep dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain stocked and polished silverware and glassware.
• Communicate with team members and managers to support smooth operations.
• Help keep the bar and beverage stations fully stocked and ready for service.
• Greet guests with warmth and create a positive first impression.
• Support the whole restaurant team with pride in your work and attention to detail.
