Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. You will be key to creating a spotless space that supports a memorable guest experience and smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include upholding sanitation standards, keeping dining areas and restrooms orderly, and assisting team members during busy service. The role requires physical stamina and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming environment.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended shifts.
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Keep dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain stocked and polished silverware and glassware.
• Communicate with team members and managers to support smooth operations.
• Help keep the bar and beverage stations fully stocked and ready for service.
• Greet guests with warmth and help create a positive first impression.
