Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one or more parking facilities and ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance of hourly associates.
• Track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses; report variances to leadership.
• Foster and manage client relationships with property stakeholders while meeting contractual obligations.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and high standards of customer service across sites.
• Provide regular status updates and performance reports to the Regional Director.
• Travel to sites for overseeing performance and supporting launches.
