Lucky Strike Entertainment in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across every shift. You will flex into any role as needed and build a guest-focused team that delivers outstanding hospitality.

You will recruit, train, coach, and schedule hourly staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure a guest-ready center during peak times. Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience focus.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards every shift.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and deliver guest-focused service.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability culture.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
