Job summary

Flow is seeking an organized hospitality operations lead to build the backbone of our Food & Beverage work across multiple Flow properties in Florida. You will coordinate staffing, onboarding, and training while keeping systems running smoothly and overseeing purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination.

You’ll manage project timelines, improve procedures, and support communications across kitchens, cafés, grocers, logistics, marketing, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years food & beverage management or hospitality operations.
• Passion for healthy food, wellness, and hospitality.
• Hands-on Toast POS experience including menus, pricing, product management, and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to commute between Flow properties.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & team coordination across locations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Maintain operational task lists and SOPs.
• Manage Toast POS updates, menus, pricing, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and community activations with marketing.
• Ensure food safety documentation and licenses.
