Job summary

Flow is building an operational backbone for its Food & Beverage work across multiple locations. The role focuses on staffing, systems, and daily operations, coordinating across kitchens, cafés, grocers, logistics, purchasing, and leadership to maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in hospitality operations, hands-on Toast POS experience, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years food & beverage management or hospitality operations.
• Passion for healthy food, wellness, and hospitality.
• Hands-on Toast POS experience including menus, pricing, product management, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Detail-oriented with accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Able to commute and travel between Flow properties.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Team Coordination: hire coordination, interviews, onboarding, training, and staffing tracking.
• Operational Coordination: manage calendars, cross-department communication, agendas, and new procedures.
• Systems & Administrative Management: maintain SOPs, digital files, pricing, and data accuracy.
• Purchasing & Inventory Support: vendor communications, orders, invoices, inventory reports, and schedules.
• Project Management: timelines, vendor follow-ups, permits, and project tracking.
• Event & Marketing Support: logistics for events, promotions, and launches with marketing.
• Compliance & Standards: maintain food safety docs, licenses, and site records.
