Job summary

Flow in Miami is seeking a skilled Recruiter to own the full lifecycle of recruitment across property management, hospitality and food & beverage. You will develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and guide candidates through the interview process to secure top talent.

The role requires a data-driven approach, strong communication, and meticulous process management. Onsite presence is required to support Flow’s brand values and operational needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ability to build job descriptions, hiring criteria, and manage interview processes.
• Proven data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for multiple business lines, from sourcing to offers.
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and set criteria.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques.
• Continuously improve processes for speed and quality.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and mitigate risks.
• Track key metrics using recruitment platforms to optimize strategy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and internal policies.
