Job summary

Pullman Market is seeking a Porter to support daily restaurant operations, keeping kitchens and service areas clean, well-stocked, and functioning smoothly. You will join a fast-paced back-of-house team dedicated to hospitality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchens, dish stations, service areas, and storage spaces.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies for culinary and FOH teams.
• Transport linens, ingredients, trash, and recycling between prep and service areas.
• Clean and reset common-use areas, restrooms, and service zones during shifts.
• Assist with event or service prep and breakdown tasks, including moving furniture or equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Notify managers of safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.
