Job summary

VP Management is seeking a full-time Housekeeper for the Charleston area to maintain cleanliness and hotel standards. You will work with the Housekeeping Supervisor and team to deliver a clean, comfortable guest experience and support hotel operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and public areas, restocking amenities, and following safety protocols. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and provide amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the hotel.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures; clean bathrooms.
• Replenish towels and toiletries; restock supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor.
