Job summary

Harvest Table Culinary Group is seeking a results-driven operations leader to assist with developing and executing strategies to meet operating and financial goals across food service accounts. You will coach associates, drive a best-in-class dining experience, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld.

You will focus on client relationships, revenue growth, budgeting, and process optimization, while maintaining compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years' experience and 1 to 3 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A strong value system, unquestioned integrity, and good listening skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationships: Develops and maintains effective client rapport for mutually beneficial relationships and communicates progress.
• Financial Performance: Builds revenue, manages budget and cost controls to meet P&L targets.
• Productivity: Implements labor and food initiatives, controls costs, ensures operational excellence.
• Compliance: Maintains safe environment; adheres to safety, health and wage/hour regulations.
