Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking an Operations & Culinary Manager to lead both the operational and culinary performance of the account, driving an exceptional food program, strong financial results, and an engaging client and guest experience.

You will oversee day-to-day café and foodservice operations, culinary execution, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, safety, staffing, training, and client relationships, balancing culinary excellence with disciplined business management.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Significant hands-on culinary and kitchen management experience required.
• Experience managing high-volume and/or complex foodservice operations.
• Proven ability to balance culinary quality with operational and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day café and foodservice operations, culinary execution, financial performance, purchasing, inventory controls, and client relationships.
• Leads both operational and culinary performance to deliver exceptional food programs and client experience.
• Manages staffing, training, and development to build an engaged, hospitality-focused team.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across the operation.
