Job summary

Harvest Table Culinary Group is seeking a Hospitality Services Manager for High Point University in High Point, NC. You will assist with operations, develop strategies to meet financial goals and support food service accounts to satisfy client expectations.

Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, managing budget and labor costs, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards across all dining operations.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years’ experience and 1 to 3 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A strong value system, unquestioned integrity, and good listening skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client relationships: develop and maintain effective client rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships. Demonstrates excellent customer service using Harvest Table's standard model.
• Financial performance: manage budget, including cost controls with regard to food, beverage, and labor; maintain P&L statements and achieve food/labor targets.
• Productivity: implement labor/food initiatives; drive efficient operations and profit management; support production, distribution, and food service.
• Compliance: maintain a safe and healthy environment; adhere to safety, health, and wage/hour policies.
