Glorieta Adventure Camps is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead our guest-facing facilities and hospitality team in a full-time role on-site in Glorieta, NM. You will direct housekeeping, lodging operations, public spaces, events, and laundry to ensure welcoming, functional environments for guests.

This role emphasizes people management, staff development, and process improvement to deliver exceptional guest experiences while aligning with our Christian mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience supervising employees in hospitality, lodging, housekeeping, guest services, conferences, camps, or similar operations.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, laundry operations, inventory management, and hospitality quality assurance.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, developing, and evaluating employees.
• Demonstrated experience leading housekeeping or lodging operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced guest environment.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Gmail.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all non-food hospitality operations, ensuring quality, presentation, and guest readiness across campus.
• Establish hospitality standards, work methods, inspection processes, and operating procedures.
• Maintain hospitality standards across all guest-facing facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and resolve issues before they impact guests.
• Set weekly priorities and allocate labor resources.
• Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and develop hospitality staff.
• Supervise direct reports and oversee performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of care through recognition, encouragement, and celebration.
• Spend time in the field and in planning, budgeting, purchasing, and administration.
• Manage services for retreats, conferences, schools, and events.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Plan staffing levels based on occupancy, seasonality, and events.
• Use guest feedback to improve operations and standards.
• Oversee housekeeping and lodging operations; ensure cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Coordinate room turnovers, deep cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventories of furnishings, amenities, and supplies.
• Monitor Lost & Found operations and improve guest lodging experiences.
• Maintain presentation and readiness of guest spaces; coordinate meeting room setup.
• Establish SOPs and standard operating practices across campus.
