Job summary

Glorieta Adventure Camps seeks a Campus Grounds & Landscape Manager to lead care and continual improvement of a 400-acre developed campus within a 2,000+ acre mountain property. This full-time, on-site role directs the grounds team and oversees turf, irrigation, landscaping, and outdoor spaces to support guest experience and ministry objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of grounds/landscape/campus/resort management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass, irrigation, horticulture, and grounds operations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve irrigation, drainage, turf, and landscape challenges.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise grounds staff including Grounds Lead, Grounds Technicians, and Seasonal Grounds Staff.
• Maintain appearance standards and guest-facing outdoor spaces to support ministry and recreation.
• Oversee turf, irrigation, landscaping, and campus outdoor spaces; manage annual plans and safety standards.
