Glorieta Adventure Camps in Northern New Mexico seeks a dedicated professional to oversee the retreat guest experience from first contact through on-site programming. You will coordinate staff, schedules, and operational details to ensure a first-rate guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality and customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication and public-speaking skills.
• Comfort with phone calls, emails, and guest interactions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and spreadsheets.
• College degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple events and staff simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retreat guest experience from first contact to on-site programming.
• Manage logistics, schedules, and shift assignments for staff weekly.
• Lead Hosts and Retreat RAs to ensure smooth operations and service.
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with staff for feedback and growth.
• Maintain Salesforce records for groups, accounts, and contacts.
• Perform quality checks of guest spaces and room setups ahead of arrivals.
• Assist with budget, sales, marketing, and change management in the department.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, food service, grounds, and maintenance.
• Oversee quality control during the retreat season to maximize guest experience.
• Build relationships with group sponsors, leaders, and future guests.
• Facilitate tours for prospective guests and support Community Day activities.
• Follow systems that support excellent retreat experiences and host events.
