Glorieta Adventure Camps in New Mexico seeks a Retreats Coordinator to oversee the guest experience from first contact through on-site activities, manage staffing, budgets, and logistics, and collaborate with housekeeping, food service, and maintenance to ensure exceptional retreats.

The role requires strong hospitality, ability to lead a team, experience with Salesforce, and willingness to work long hours; starting pay is $15.20/hour plus housing and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
• Comfort with phone calls, emails, guest interaction, and public speaking.
• College degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work long hours and manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks for retreat groups (booking, contracts, payments).
• Manage logistics sheets and shift assignments for retreat staff.
• Oversee onsite guest experience and staff coordination for high service standards.
• Conduct weekly 1-1s with direct reports to foster growth.
• Maintain Salesforce records for groups, opportunities and contacts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food service and maintenance.
• Support budget, sales, and marketing efforts within the department.
