Job summary

Glorieta Adventure Camps seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead guest-facing operations, ensuring clean, welcoming spaces and a high standard of service. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight of housekeeping, lodging, public spaces, and events.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in hospitality leadership, strong communication and organization skills, and a passion for developing teams in a faith-based camp setting. On-site housing and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience supervising employees in hospitality, lodging, housekeeping, or related guest-focused operations.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, inventory, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality operations across campus, ensuring presentation, cleanliness, and guest readiness.
• Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and develop staff.
• Plan staffing levels, labor allocation, and budgets based on occupancy and events.
• Oversee housekeeping and lodging operations, room presentation, and guest comfort.
• Coordinate meeting room setup and event readiness for retreats and conferences.
