Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role leads daily hotel operations, drives guest satisfaction, and manages budgets under the General Manager's direction.

The position requires at least two years of AGm experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management or Business; licenses and brand standards compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant General Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure
• Oversees hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager
• Ensures overall guest satisfaction to drive brand metrics
• Ensures compliance with brand standards
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
• Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff
• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Dealing with customer complaints and comments
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting
• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
• Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings
• Dealing with contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring security is effective
• Carrying out inspections of property and services
