Qualifications

• Two years' experience as Assistant General Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager.
• Maintains guest satisfaction and drives brand metrics.
• Leads budgeting, staffing, and training efforts.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards and safety policies.
• Coordinates events and manages vendor relationships.
