Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as an Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and financial plans; control expenditure.
• Oversee hotel operations under the General Manager's direction.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain financial records and set sales/profit targets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; plan work schedules.
• Address customer requests and resolve issues; ensure events run smoothly.
