• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
• Responding to and resolving guest concerns.
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly.
• Hotel asset preservation, including supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
• Maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
• Ensuring property inspections meet brand standards.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety and regulations.
