Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hotel sales efforts, including calling on top ten accounts and meeting clients.
• Tour operating departments to ensure smooth operation and staffing.
• Attend weekly operational and financial reviews with department heads.
