Job summary

Levi Goode Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in running a high-volume hospitality concept rooted in Texas storytelling and hospitality. You will lead shifts, coach a diverse team, and ensure service excellence across dining room, kitchen, and bar.

You will manage daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support sales, labor, and quality goals while maintaining safety standards and brand integrity across events and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or hospitality/business education preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience in full-service, high-volume hospitality.
• Ability to lead service, coach teams, build guest relationships, and support sales and operating goals.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, restaurant tech, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with calm judgment and presence, upholding hospitality standards.
• Protect the guest experience and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Build guest relationships and grow the customer base through community engagement.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Support menu launches, events, and training initiatives.
