Job summary

IHOP is seeking professionals with drive and passion for hospitality to lead our operation through exceptional leadership and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. You will assist in achieving budgeted sales, build relationships across restaurant staff and guests, and implement the Restaurant Training Program for hourly employees to improve operations and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with restaurant employees, Corporate and Regional employees, and guests.
• Implement the Restaurant Training Program for all restaurant hourly non-management employees.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, and guest service objectives.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment, training and retention of team members.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies; equipment, and premises are in proper condition.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices are maintained according to regulations and SOP.
• Assist in completion of all required reports and other administrative duties.
