• Coordinate projects and activities for the Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurants teams
• Maintain clear and effective communication across all departments to support collaboration and efficiency
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members
• Provide administrative support such as writing correspondence, managing purchase requests, data entry, and filing to support department operations
• Support department leaders in new hire onboarding, payroll management, and time-off requests
