Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Area Reservation Coordinator to enhance guest experiences by coordinating reservations, rooming details, and billing requirements. You will liaise with meeting planners, housing bureaus, and the front office to ensure seamless communications and a smooth stay for every guest.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, respond quickly to inquiries, and support departmental initiatives with strong administrative support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists guests in book reservations and coordinates rooming lists and billing needs.
• Relays reservation information between meeting planners, housing bureaus, and front office.
• Responds promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members.
• Supports departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
• Provides clerical support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
