Qualifications

• Must be organized, professional, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative & Operational Support: calendars, schedules, records, filing systems, vendor communications, invoices.
• Hospitality & Guest Experience Support: assist visitors, guests, inquiries, local attractions knowledge.
• Community Engagement & Employee Experience Support: assist with events, communications, and team-building initiatives.
