Job summary

Restaurant Zone Recruiting is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business in the NYC Metro premium hospitality sector for a leading commercial cleaning and facility services provider. This is a 100% new business development, field-based role requiring frequent in-person visits to restaurants, hotels, and clubs.

You will prospect, build relationships with hospitality decision-makers, present tailored solutions, and close contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven success in hunter-style B2B sales with outbound prospecting and closing.
• 2+ years leadership or management experience in high-volume hospitality settings with a strong network.
• Established relationships with hospitality decision-makers and ability to convert connections into new business.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or B2B service sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business in the NYC Metro hospitality sector.
• Meet restaurant owners, hotel leaders, and decision-makers to generate opportunities.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and present tailored cleaning solutions; negotiate and close contracts.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Maintain CRM records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handover after contract signing.
