Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in the United States is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead revenue generation across the NJ, Westchester, New York City, and Philadelphia markets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic hunter with an established network of corporate, group, and hospitality contacts and a track record of closing profitable opportunities.

This role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with travel across the assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in progressive hospitality sales.
• Proven success in both business development and account management.
• Demonstrated experience selling within the NJ, Westchester County, New York City, and Philadelphia markets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationships.
• Leverage existing hospitality industry relationships to drive revenue.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across corporate, association, government, group, and some social markets.
• Identify, target, and secure new accounts while growing existing business.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, site tours, client events, and networking activities.
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable opportunities.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity in assigned territories.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experiences.
