Path Construction is seeking a Superintendent to join our Durham, NC operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management within hospitality or large multifamily sectors and a track record of leading subcontractors on complex projects.

We value OSHA safety expertise, strong communication, and an ability to coordinate multiple trades to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Travel may be required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building and construction management experience.
• Prior experience on hospitality and/or multifamily projects.
• OSHA Site Safety Experience.
• Up to date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills.
• Proven construction technical knowledge on site across multiple trades.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
• Strong work ethic and team orientation to grow the company.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Responsible to lead and manage subcontractors.
• Oversee all phases of a construction project from planning to completion for public works or private commercial work.
• Safety Program Administration and Site Safety Responsibility.
• Customer Service Representation and QC Program Administration.
