Qualifications

• 5+ years of building and construction management experience.
• Prior experience on hotel or hospitality projects.
• OSHA Site Safety Experience required.
• Proven construction technical knowledge on site.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel.

• Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion.
