Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Experience planning and managing multiple marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, website management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present ideas clearly.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for The Capitol District and hotel.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing initiatives and channels.
• Manage digital channels and online presence, including SEO and online reputation.
• Create and distribute marketing content and assets (photos, video, collateral).
• Analyze campaigns and optimize performance for ROI and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support events and partnerships.
• Provide leadership on marketing trends and best practices.
