Golden Corral, through its independent franchisee, seeks an energetic Hospitality Manager to lead the Front-of-House team in a busy casual dining setting in Gastonia, NC. You will hire and train staff, foster a welcoming dining experience, and manage human and financial resources to ensure profitable operations.

In this role you will oversee food quality, safety, labor, and guest satisfaction, stepping in for the General Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have prior management experience in a high-volume casual dining setting.
• Education in business or hospitality is preferred.
• Completion of Golden Corral's management training program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front-of-House operations to create a warm, guest-centric environment.
• Direct food quality, production, safety, and labor in manager's absence.
