Golden Corral is seeking an energetic Hospitality Manager to lead Front-of-House operations, build a welcoming dining environment, and drive profitability. You will select and develop the team, manage labor and resources, and ensure consistent food quality and safety across the restaurant.

The role requires prior management experience in high-volume casual dining, business or hospitality coursework, completion of a management training program, and a valid driver's license to operate the

Qualificações

Strong, stable management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
Education and training in business or hospitality.
Completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

Create a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-House and lead a warm, positive environment.
Select friendly, talented Co-workers and supervise HR and finance in Front-of-House.
Ensure profitable operation and dining experience that builds loyalty.
Oversee restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in GM/Kitchen Manager absence.
Support franchisee management and uphold company standards.
