Qualifications

• Strong, stable management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training in business or hospitality.
• Completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-House and lead a warm, positive environment.
• Select friendly, talented Co-workers and supervise HR and finance in Front-of-House.
• Ensure profitable operation and dining experience that builds loyalty.
• Oversee restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in GM/Kitchen Manager absence.
• Support franchisee management and uphold company standards.
