Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead dining room and housekeeping teams, ensuring exceptional resident service and a restaurant-style dining experience. You will manage schedules, budgets, and daily operations while supporting food service programs and resident satisfaction.

You will act as Manager on Duty when the GM/Executive Director is away, drive tours, answer calls, and coach staff to uphold company standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Two years of prior front-of-house supervision and leadership experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct dining room and housekeeping teams and set the tone for service excellence.
• Lead Sales while Manager on Duty each week, respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and complete lease signings.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct to appropriate staff.
• Provide timely feedback and manage team performance; monitor labor and supplies budgets.
• Maintain dining atmosphere with restaurant-style service and collaborate with the Executive Chef and GM.
• Ensure life/safety rules are followed and support quality checks of housekeeping, kitchen, and dining areas.
