Job summary

Korman Communities is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician in West Hollywood, CA. The role involves hands-on maintenance tasks across painting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, with on-call responsibilities to address service requests outside normal hours.

You will manage work tickets with detailed notes and collaborate with team members and residents to uphold premium service standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years prior experience in a hospitality organization.
• Knowledge of the proper use of both hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance functions including painting, caulking, HVAC repairs, lock repairs, window/door repairs, electrical repairs, appliance repairs, preventative maintenance, and changing bulbs, filters and batteries.
• Accept and complete work tickets with detailed notes.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members and residents.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and professionalism meet residents' needs.
• Report and document any issues to management that could affect resident safety.
