Job summary

K P HOSPITALITY LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities operate efficiently. You will inspect building systems, perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components, and document repairs to prevent downtime.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, solid knowledge of building systems, and a strong problem-solving mindset. This on-site role rewards reliability, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
